I'm getting an error message when connecting to YouTube

When trying to connect your YouTube channel, make sure that you respect the requirements and have followed the correct steps described here

🔍 It looks like YouTube is preventing you from live streaming at this time

This error is typically the result of a community guideline's violation on Youtube.
If you encounter this error please head over to your Youtube dashboard for more information. You can appeal any community guideline violations by following Youtube's instructions here

 

🔍 We're having trouble connecting to your YouTube account

If you see the error "Whoops! We're having trouble connecting to your YouTube account. This may be an issue with YouTube. Please try connecting again.", in most cases, the issue can be resolved by reconnecting your YouTube account to StreamYard by following these steps

Note: Make sure that when you give permission to StreamYard to access your Google Account, you check the box "Manage your Youtube account".

This is a generic error that may result from an issue with your device, browser, or network connection. To resolve this issue, please try:

  1. Refresh the video page and make sure you're still connected to the internet
  2. Relaunch your browser.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Test your network speed here, and make sure the download speed is around what's advertised for your service.
  5. Try using an Incognito/Private window in your browser.
  6. Clear your cache/cookies in your browser.
  7. Disable any adblockers/browser extensions that may affect web pages.
  8. Check your Firewall/Proxy/VPN settings
