How does payment work? Can I cancel at any time?

All our plans automatically renew.

You can always cancel your subscription following the steps outlined here. Your previous charges will not be refunded, but you will have full access to the service until the end of the billing cycle. We have a 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, your purchase is deemed complete and cannot be refunded. This guarantee only applies to your first charge with us.

We use Stripe as our payment provider. We only accept credit or debit cards at this time -- we don't accept Paypal, Boleto, or other forms of payment. 

How to access the Plan Comparison Page?

To access our pricing information, you’ll need to create a free account on StreamYard.com. Once your Free Plan is set up, you can follow these steps to view our plan options and pricing details:

  1. Log in to your StreamYard account.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Navigate to Billing.
  4. Click on Change Plan.

This will take you to the Plan Comparison page, where you can view the details of our available plans and choose the one that best suits your needs.

Can I pay monthly or annually? 

Yes, we have both options! Select the toggle at the top of the pricing page to choose between the monthly or annual options. 

I chose annual but meant to choose monthly, can I be refunded?

Yes! First, switch your plan to monthly on the pricing page. Then, submit a request to contact us and let us know what happened. In most cases we'll be able to refund you the difference no problem.
