StreamYard plans may be refunded according to the following guidelines:

  • For monthly plans: we'll process a refund if the request is received within 7 days of the date of the last payment.
  • For yearly plans: we'll process a refund if the request is received within 30 days of the date of the last payment.

Past these time frames, no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions. The above conditions apply to your last charge only
