StreamYard plans may be refunded according to the following guidelines:

  • Monthly plans: we'll process a refund if the request is received within 7 days of the initial charge date.
  • Yearly plans: we'll process a refund if the request is received within 30 days of the initial charge date.

Once a payment is past these time frames, no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions. The above conditions apply to your first charge only. For more information on our refund policy, you're welcome to check the Platform Terms.
