In December 2025, we introduced important updates to how StreamYard supports companies, teams, and professional creators who use our platform for commercial or collaborative purposes. These changes aim to ensure that every customer is on the plan that best fits their use of StreamYard and to provide qualified users with the additional tools, support, and flexibility they need.
As part of this update, some users will transition to our Business Plan, which is designed specifically for professional, commercial, and collaborative use.

Why we’re making changes to our Business offering
As more creators and organizations rely on StreamYard for professional-grade live streaming, webinars, and collaborative workflows, we’ve seen a growing need to ensure that customers using StreamYard in a commercial or multi-user capacity have access to the right tools, security, and support.
To ensure these needs are met, beginning in December 2025, qualifying accounts will be transitioned to the StreamYard Business Plan at their next renewal date.
This determination is based on our Plan Usage Policy, a set of guidelines that help match each customer with a plan that accurately reflects their use of StreamYard.
🔹Updated subscription price
Transitioned accounts will renew under their new Business Plan price. Users can check the price of their Business subscription in the Billing section of their account.
🔹Email notifications
StreamYard will send email reminders to the email address associated with your account 30 and 15 days before your renewal to give your team plenty of time to review the change and make any adjustments.
Exclusive Business features available immediately
To make the transition smooth, we’re giving qualified accounts users instant access to Business features for the remainder of their current billing cycle, at no additional cost.
These features include:
- A greenroom for important streams, with the option to privately video chat with guests to ensure that their technical setup is working correctly before moving to the studio.
- More multistream destinations to reach bigger audiences and stream to all your social channels at once with just a few clicks.
- A multi-seat account for up to 10 collaborators, ****offering each individual member personal access to the tool.

👀 Looking for more seats or additional benefits?
While the Business Plan includes two seats by default, additional seats can be added directly from the Team Members page at $59/per seat monthly or $588/per seat annually. Your next invoice will reflect the number of active seats at the time of renewal. We recommend reviewing your team setup before that date.
For teams larger than ten people, we also provide a StreamYard Enterprise Plan, which offers:
- Unlimited seats
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Workspace and role management
- Custom onboarding
