Plan Usage Policy

The StreamYard services are available under different subscription plans designed to meet the needs of distinct user types and use cases.

Individual subscription plans

The Free, Core, and Advanced Plans are intended solely for personal use or for individuals using the StreamYard services as part of their work, such as freelancers and their collaborators.

  • The Free plan offers individuals an entry point for personal streaming at no cost. It is intended for casual or first-time users interested in exploring basic features.
  • The Core Plan is tailored for individual creators looking to expand their reach, stream to multiple platforms, create their own digital brand, and elevate the streaming experience.
  • The Advanced Plan is designed for creators who require high-quality local recordings, access to our On-Air webinar platform, and enhanced collaboration capabilities.

We regularly review and refine our features based on various factors, including user needs and platform improvements. As part of this process, the number of available seats may vary for different users. For detailed information, please visit our Pricing Page

Business subscription plans

Our business-tier plans are intended for professional, commercial, and collaborative use by small businesses or large organizations

  • The Business Plan is designed for small businesses looking to leverage our advanced features—such as multistreaming, high-resolution output, and custom branding—while gaining enhanced support, improved collaboration features, and higher limits. Large organizations are not eligible for the Business Plan, and are required to subscribe to our Enterprise Plan.
  • The Enterprise Plan is a customizable solution for large organizations, which offers a higher level of support and performance. This plan includes features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), team members' access control, and workspace management. A large organization refers to a company with a more complex operational structure or significant scale—for example, businesses with annual revenues of $50 million or more. Companies of this size are not eligible for the Business Plan and are required to subscribe to the Enterprise Plan.

You can find a full breakdown of the features offered with each individual and business plan on our plan comparison page.
