I didn't subscribe to Streamyard, but I'm getting charged

If you don't remember having subscribed to Streamyard but you’re getting charged for it, make sure to verify the following:

  1. Make sure the charges you are receiving clearly state they are for a Streamyard subscription and not for any other service associated with your payment method.

  2. Check that you've effectively canceled your recurring subscription by following our steps.
👉🏻  Please note that if you begin a free trial or a welcome offer, you will have access to all paid plan features for 7 days. After the 7-day trial period, the full subscription fee will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  3. Verify that you do not have an additional subscription linked to a different email address.
👉🏻  To identify the correct account, please check all your other email accounts for our "Welcome to StreamYard" email, which contains the details of your subscription.
If you find the confirmation in a different email address, log into the correct account and follow the dedicated steps.

  4. Check with your family members. You may have used a family member’s account to subscribe.

💡

Tip: If these steps don't resolve your concerns, please reach out to us through our Contact Form.
