Our individual plans — Free, Core, and Advanced — include a set number of seats, and additional seats cannot be added to them. You can see the full plan comparison and seat limits on our Pricing page. To access it, simply sign in to your existing StreamYard account or create a new one at StreamYard.com.
If you need more seats, you can upgrade to the Business plan directly from your account — there is no need to contact us first. The Business plan includes 2 seats, and you can add more seats, up to a total of 1000, from My Account > Billing > Manage seats. For the steps to switch, see How do I downgrade / upgrade my plan?
