How do I add or remove seats on the Business plan?

You may need to add or remove seats while subscribed to the Business plan based on your needs. You can do this once auto-renew is enabled for your plan.

Adding seats

You can add seats to your plan at any time by following these steps: 

1. Log in to your StreamYard account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Billing.
4. Select Manage seats.
5. Click the plus icon to increase seats to the desired amount.
6. Click Add _ seats.

Once added, you will be billed a prorated amount for any additional seats.

Removing seats

You can remove seats from your plan at anytime by following these steps:

1. Log in to your StreamYard account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Billing.
4. Select Manage seats.
5. Click the minus icon to decrease seats to the desired amount.
6. Click on Remove _ seats.

FAQs

Is there a limit to how many seats I can add to my business plan?
No, there is currently no limit to the amount of seats that you can add to your Business plan.

Why am I unable to remove seats from my business plan?
If you are on a 5 seat Business Plan, it is not possible to reduce your seats beyond the 5 seats.
