You can delete your account and all the information stored within it.
If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel your plan first if you wish to delete your account. To cancel your plan follow these steps.
How to delete your account
Performing the steps below will permanently delete your StreamYard account together with all your account data. You will not be able to recover the account or the information after completing this procedure.
- While logged into your account, click on My account at the top right.
- Select Account settings.
- Click on Permanently delete account.
- Next, enter the code sent to the email inbox.
- Click on Permanently delete account once more.
🔔 Once you've deleted your account you can create a new account with the same email address. If you have another account and want to use this email, it will become available.
Please note that creating a new account with the same email address will NOT restore the old account. The newly created account will be separate from the one that was deleted. It is not possible to recover a deleted account.
