Branded welcome page for guests (Welcome Cards)
When a guest opens your invite link, they’ll see a branded welcome page before entering the studio. This page is automatically branded with your show’s logo and colors, and it can auto-display details like the stream/recording title, date, and destinations.
How to turn it on/off
In the studio, click Invite / Invite guests.
Open Invite settings.
Toggle Branded welcome for guests.
Welcome Cards are available on all plans
How to preview your welcome card
In the studio, click Invite guests.
In the pop-up, scroll to Your new welcome page.
Click Show me.
If you’re using a reusable studio, the welcome card shows the title of the active stream or recording (not the studio title). If you invite a guest to an empty studio (showing Create +), the welcome card won’t show a title.
FAQ
Is a guest the same as a viewer?
No, a viewer is someone who watches a live stream on the destination you are streaming to (ie, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). You can have unlimited viewers on a social media destination you are streaming to. If you are streaming via StreamYard on-air, some viewer limits may apply.
