How to copy and bulk-manage media assets

You can copy media assets from one brand folder to another, and select multiple assets at once to delete or copy them in bulk—so you don't have to manage them one by one.

Copy a single asset to another brand

1. Find the asset you want to copy.
2. Click Copy to brand.
3. Select the brand folder where you want to copy the asset.
4. Confirm your selection.

Your asset will instantly transfer to the brand you selected.

Use bulk actions on multiple assets

If you've built up a large library of backgrounds, overlays, and videos, you can manage several at once instead of one at a time.

1. Open the Media assets panel.
2. Select as many assets as you'd like.
3. Choose an action:
   • Delete the selected assets, or
   • Click the three dots to Copy the assets to another brand.

Good to know

• You only need to upload your asset once—copying lets you reuse it across multiple brands.
• Bulk actions are the fastest way to clean out old uploads or move a set of assets between brands.
• This helps keep your media organized without re-uploading the same files for each brand.
