If nothing happens when trying to upload videos, slides, or brand assets in StreamYard, and you're running MacOS, it may be a permissions issue preventing your browser from accessing files.
Here's how to solve the issue:
- Click the Apple icon at the top left of your screen, and click "System Preferences".
- From the list of icons, click "Security & Privacy".
- Click "Full Disk Access" on the left sidebar, and make sure the box next to your browser is checked on the right sidebar.
If your browser doesn't show up in the list here, no problem, continue on.
- Repeat the process for "Files and Folders".
- Restart your browser.
You should now be able to upload files!
