You can download a CSV of your full chat log from an On-Air webinar:
- Go to the StreamYard's dashboard
- Under Streams and recordings, click Past
- Click on the 3 dots of the On-Air broadcast you'd like the chat history from.
- Next, click on "Download".
- Click on the 'On-Air webinar chat messages CSV' download button.
More info on this available in our On-Air help doc here. Only comments made directly on StreamYard On-Air will be available for download after your webinar is over. Comments from any additional destinations will not be available for download.
It is not possible to save the chat from a regular livestream at this time. This is a feature we have considered adding in the future, so if this is something you'd like to see added to StreamYard, please let us know by filling out this form!
