Yes! After your live stream ends, you can export your chat history directly from the studio.
When your broadcast is over, open the Comments tab on the right side of the studio and click the Export button in the bottom-right corner. Your chat history will download as a .txt file, with one line per message in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss Author: message. Image and emoji comments appear as :alt text: (or [image]) so each comment stays on its own line.
A few things to know:
- The Export button only appears after the broadcast ends — it won't show during a live session.
- Chat export is available for live streams only. It isn't available for On-Air webinars or for recording-only sessions.
- It works on desktop browsers only, and is visible to the host and cohosts (not guests, and not on mobile).
- Exports include up to the last 10,000 comments of your stream. In practice, almost no stream reaches that limit, but extremely high-volume chats may not include the very earliest messages.
