Yes! Both hosts and guests can share their screen by navigating to the bottom panel of the studio and clicking Present -> Share screen.

After the guest shares their screen, it will either automatically appear on screen OR show as a thumbnail at the bottom of the studio. This depends on the host's studio Settings.
If the screen share does not automatically appear on screen, the host of the studio will need to click the Add to stage button on the screen share thumbnail to show it to the audience.
