If your StreamYard account has been suspended, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You Requested to Delete Your Account
If you’ve recently submitted a request to permanently delete your account, your account will appear as suspended during the deletion process. This process typically takes up to 2 weeks to fully complete. During this period, the account is marked as suspended.
Once the deletion process is completed, all data associated with your account, including your credit card and personal information, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Want to use the same email address again?
If you attempt to use the same email address for another account or action before the deletion process is finalized, you may receive a message indicating that the email address is still in use. This is because the system still recognizes the email as being associated with a suspended account. - Once the deletion process is fully completed, the email address will become available for use with a new or different account.
Account deletion is irreversible, and all content associated with the account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
2. Violation of Community Guidelines
Your account may have been suspended due to a potential violation of StreamYard’s Community Guidelines.
