On the Free plan, you can stream up to 20 hours per month! You can see your remaining streaming time and when it will renew on the Billing page, under "Usage":
If you exceed the 20 hours limit, you won't be able to start a new stream until your time resets, but it won't stop a stream that's already running. You can upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited streaming on the Plans page at anytime!
