Connect an existing YouTube Live Stream

Live streams scheduled or created through YouTube itself can still be connected to StreamYard using its RTMP details. This feature is available on our paid plans.

🔔 When using this feature you will not be able to receive comments from YouTube in your StreamYard studio.

To connect to an existing YouTube stream follow these steps:

  1. Head to the YouTube live dashboard, click "Manage" on the left, and click on the thumbnail for your stream.
