StreamYard's login code and team invite emails are automated, and may sometimes be caught by a spam/junk filter.
If you're not receiving StreamYard emails, first, check your spam and junk folder to see if they're being sent there.
If the email isn't showing up there, you may need to add our mailing address to your contacts list.
For login codes, this address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
For team invites, this address is: email@example.com
If your email address is on a corporate/business network, these addresses may also need to be whitelisted on the mail server itself - reach out to your IT department to have them added.
After adding to your contacts list, request a new login code, or have your teammate send a new team invite, so a new email is sent.
