How do I improve the audio quality of my stream?

Here are a few recommendation to maximize the audio quality of your stream—especially if you are a musician, or you are playing music. You'll have to first open the Audio Settings inside your recording Studio: click the Settings wheel and navigate to Audio.

1. Disable Echo Cancellation (optional)

   Echo cancellation applies compression and adaptive noise-suppression.

   • Recommended for: podcasts, interviews, or any scenario with unpredictable background noise.

   • Not ideal for: music production, where these effects can dull clarity and dynamics.

2. Enable Stereo Audio

   After disabling Echo Cancellation, enable Stereo audio for the highest-quality playback—especially important for musical content.

3. Use Headphones for Guests

   All participants should wear headphones. Guests using headphones may also disable Echo Cancellation on their end for the best sound.
