Before requesting a refund through our dedicated page, review your billing cycle and download all receipts from the Billing section.
Please remember that:
Only the most recent charge is refundable. Previous payments fall outside our policy and cannot be refunded.
Refunds cannot be processed for plan downgrades. If you switched to a lower-tier plan, the price difference was converted into in-house credit. This credit will be automatically applied to your future renewals.
Refunds cannot be processed if your Request is outside the Refund Policy window. Refunds are only available within specific timeframes.
