If you choose to downgrade to a Free plan, your recordings will no longer be available once the paid term expires.
You're welcome to download your recordings by following these steps:
- Log in to your StreamYard account
- Click on Library on the menu on the left
- Click on three dots next to a recording
- Select Download and follow the flow
Alternatively, you can choose to pause your subscription to maintain access to your recordings as well as other assets.
Note: Live streams that were not recorded while on the free plan cannot be retroactively recorded. If you choose to upgrade your plan all future streams will be recorded, but no previous streams made while on the free plan will be recorded.
