A Reusable Studio lets you configure a studio environment that can be reused across multiple shows. Furthermore, it is assigned a single, permanent link that works for all your broadcasts.

You can use the same studio (including its settings, layouts, and its link) every time you go live, record, or host an On-Air webinar.

Once you set up a Reusable Studio, you can share its link with your guests, and they can use it to access all your future broadcasts from that studio.

📍
Note: Reusable studios maintain the same URL for your guests to join you during your broadcast. When hosting a webinar, the link to share your stream with your viewers will be different each time you start a new webinar, even when using a reusable studio.

The feature is available in all our paid plans. Here are two simple ways to set it up.

  1. By creating a Live stream, Recording or On-Air Webinar

Accessing your past recordings

All recordings and live streams made from a Reusable Studio are saved and accessible directly from within the studio. To find them:

  1. Under Reusable Studios, find your studio and click Enter studio
  2. Click the Recordings tab on the right-hand panel
  3. Find the broadcast you want, then click the three dots (⋯) next to it
  4. Select View on platform to open the recording directly on the platform it was streamed to (e.g., Facebook, YouTube)

The View on platform option will only appear for live streams — not for recordings that were not streamed to a destination. It opens the broadcast on the external platform (e.g., Facebook, YouTube) in a new tab.
