How do I remove the storage add-on from my plan?

You can remove any additional storage that was purchased from your account if you no longer need it. 

  1. While logged into your account, click on My account at the top right.
  2. Select Billing to access the Billing page.
  3. Click on Manage in the Storage section.
  4. Select 50 hours - free.
  5. Click on Downgrade hours.

You will no longer be billed for the additional storage on your next subscription renewal.
