How do I downgrade / upgrade my plan?

You can switch to another plan type at any time by following these steps:ย 

  1. Visit the Plans page
  2. Select Individuals or Businesses at the top of the page.
  3. Choose Weekly, Monthly or Yearly via the toggle.
  4. Click Choose under the preferred plan.


๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป When you downgrade
If the amount you originally paid is greater than the new planโ€™s cost, the difference will be applied as in-house credit, which can be used on future invoices.


๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป When you upgrade
If you have remaining time on your current plan, your previous payment will be automatically prorated towards the new plan and you'll pay only the difference between the two.
