You can view and download your invoices and receipts from within your account by following these steps: 

  1. While logged into your account, click on My account at the top right.
  2. Select Billing 
  3. Click on Load invoices.
  4. Click on View next to the invoice you want to access. 
  5. To download it, click on Download invoice or Download receipt.


👉🏻 If you're having issues accessing your Billing page, it's possible that:

  • You are trying to access another account that is on a Free plan. The billing page is only available for paid accounts. Double-check the email you used to log in by clicking on My account in the upper right corner. 
  • You are not the account Owner—only account owners can access the account's Billing page. In this case, you'll see the following message:
    "Only the team owner can view and edit billing information. Please contact the team owner".
  • You are on the Business Plan. In this case, the billing page is not accessible to any of the team members. The invoice is sent to the account owner by their Account Executive.

 
How to change the recipient for your invoices

To have a different email address figure on your invoice, you will need to change the email address associated with your account. For detailed instructions on how to complete the change, please refer to the following article: How do I change my account email?

It is not possible to edit the information on a past invoice. To update the information on future invoices, you would be required to update your billing information within your account. Learn more here.

Note: We cannot generate invoices prior to payment for our Core, Advanced, and Teams plans. An invoice will only be created after a purchase has been made.
