You can view and download your invoices and receipts from within your account by following these steps:
- While logged into your account, click on Account at the top left.
- Select Billing
- Click on Load invoices.
- Click on View next to the invoice you want to access.
- To download it, click on Download invoice or Download receipt.
👉🏻 If you're having issues accessing your Billing page, review the following troubleshooting steps:
- You are trying to access another account that is on a Free plan. The billing page is only available for paid accounts. Double-check the email you used to log in by clicking on My account in the upper right corner.
- You are not the account Owner—only account owners can access the account's Billing page. In this case, you'll see the following message:
"Only the team owner can view and edit billing information. Please contact the team owner". - You are on the Business Plan. In this case, the billing page is not accessible to any of the team members. The invoice is sent to the account owner by their Account Executive.
- You have not selected the correct team. Invoices are team-specific; selecting the correct team is essential to view the correct invoice history. Use the dropdown arrow at the top left of your dashboard to select the right team where you are the owner. Once you have selected the correct team, try accessing the Billing section again.
How to change the recipient for your invoices
To have a different email address figure on your invoice, you will need to change the email address associated with your account. For detailed instructions on how to complete the change, please refer to the following article: How do I change my account email?
Note: We cannot generate invoices prior to payment for our Core, Advanced, and Teams plans. An invoice will only be created after a purchase has been made. Why invoices may display old billing information
Invoices may display old billing information if they were already drafted or finalized before your updated details were saved in your account. Once an invoice is finalized, we are unable to edit or update the billing information on that specific invoice. Any changes made to your billing details will only apply to future invoices generated after the update.
