How do I access and download my invoices?

You can view and download your invoices and receipts from within your account. 

How to find and download your invoices

  1. While logged into your account, click on My account at the top right.
  2. Select Billing to access the Billing page.
  3. Click on Load invoices.
  4. Click on View next to the invoice you want to access. 
  5. To download it, click on Download invoice or Download receipt.

FAQs

Can a past invoice be edited? 

No, it is not possible to edit the information on a past invoice. To update the information on future invoices, you would be required to update your billing information within your account. Learn more here.

I am unable to access the billing page. Why? 

You may be unable to access the billing page because you are not the account owner. Only account owners can access the account's Billing page. If you are on the Business Plan, the billing page is not accessible to any team member. These are contacted plans and the invoice is sent to account owner by their Account Executive.
