StreamYard plans may be refunded according to the following guidelines:
- For weekly plans: we'll process a refund if the request is received within 7 days of the date of the last payment.
- For monthly plans: we'll process a refund if the request is received within 7 days of the date of the last payment.
- For yearly plans: we'll process a refund if the request is received within 30 days of the date of the last payment.
Past these time frames, no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions. The above conditions apply to your last charge only.

Important information about refunds
- Only the most recent charge is refundable. Previous payments fall outside our policy and cannot be refunded.
- Refunds cannot be processed for plan downgrades. If you switched to a lower-tier plan, the price difference was converted into in-house credit. This credit will be automatically applied to your future renewals.
- Refunds cannot be processed if your request is outside the Refund Policy window.
