If domain restriction has been enabled on the webinar that you are trying to attend, you will need to have an email address with an approved domain to be able to register for and access the webinar.

Accessing a Restricted Webinar

If you see this message when trying to register for a webinar, this means that the webinar is restricted and you do not have an email address with an approved domain:

If you do have an email address with an approved domain:

  1. Enter your email address in the registration form. We will send a 6-digit access code to your inbox. Retrieve the code and enter it in the form, and click Join. The access codes are valid for 15 minutes.

  2. After entering the access code, you will be successfully registered for the webinar.

  3. When it's time to join the webinar, if you access the link using the same browser/device that you used to register (and haven't cleared your cache/cookies/browser history), you will be able to view the webinar directly without needing to log in using a code again. If you are using a different device/browser, you can visit the webinar link and enter your email address. We will send a new 6-digit code to your inbox that you can use to access the webinar!
