If you wish to live stream to Instagram using StreamYard you need to have an Instagram professional account. It's easy and free to switch if you don't currently have one.
To switch from a Personal Instagram Account to a Professional Account, please follow these steps:
🔹 On a computer:
- Head to your Instagram profile and click Edit profile.
- Head to the Accounts types and tools page.
- Click Switch to professional account.
- Follow the steps to switch. Now you're ready to live stream or post Reels to Instagram!
🔹 On the Instagram app:
- Head to your profile in the Instagram app on your phone and click Edit profile.
- Click Switch to professional account. Don't see this? If you've had a professional account before, go to Settings > Account type and tools to switch.
- Follow the steps to switch. Now you're ready to live stream or post Reels to Instagram!
